ReplyDeleteWe could direct all grievances to the Low Council. Rest squarely and fairly on their shoulders any responsibility for our actions. Actually we should do that with a phantomatic 'reunion of the Low Council', the definition of which will exhaust any good citizen energy in a meandering tangle of closed-loop hierarchies and overlapping powers.
